BRIEFLY ABOUT THE RIGHTS ISSUE

Anyone who on the record date, April 4, 2024, was registered as a shareholder in Diagonal Bio AB has a preferential right to subscribe for units based on the existing shareholding. Shareholders receive one (1) unit right for each one (1) share held on the record date.

One (1) unit right entitles to subscribe for one (1) unit consisting of sixteen (16) new shares and two (2) warrants series TO1.

  • SUBSCRIPTION PRICE

    SEK 0.8 per new unit, which corresponds to SEK 0.05 per share. No commission is paid.

  • SUBSCRIPTION PERIOD

    April 8, 2024 – April 22, 2024

  • TRADING IN UNIT RIGHTS

    April 8, 2024 – April 17, 2024

    Unit rights that are not exercised during the subscription period become invalid and lose their value.
